Ashleigh Sutter named among Greenville’s Best and Brightest

Elliott Davis, one of the largest accounting, tax, and consulting services providers in the Southeast, announces thatAshleigh Sutter has been named among the “Best and Brightest 35 and Under” by Greenville Business Magazine. Sutter was honored on September 25 at an awards ceremony held at Greenville ONE Center.
The “Best & Brightest” awards honor 35 young professionals who are making a difference in their workplaces and the Greenville community. Recipients, who are identified through a nomination process and voted upon by an independent panel of judges, exhibit such leadership characteristics as courage, resilience, tenacity, passion, commitment, and hard work.

At Elliott Davis, Sutter leads the firm’s Accounting Advisory practice. Her responsibilities include developing the practice’s leadership team, cultivating a forward-thinking mentality, providing the tools and processes for the advisory group, and assisting clients in a wide range of industries.
In the community, Sutter, along with her husband and two young daughters, serve as a family at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas. She also holds the position of treasurer at Ronald McDonald House and is a participant in United Way Young Philanthropists.
“I’m honored to be selected as one of the Best and Brightest Under 35,” says Sutter, who is president of the Greenville chapter of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA), an organization that helps women in these fields achieve their full potential. “It fuels my desire to be an inspiration to those around me and to invest in others the same way many have done for me.”
Sutter, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s of Accountancy from Bob Jones University, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
