AT&T Provides Credits for Customers in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

October 4, 2017

As the network recovery efforts in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands continue after Hurricane Maria, we’re offering customers additional relief.

To help our impacted customers, we are automatically providing a credit for one month of service and applicable taxes for AT&T wireless, and DIRECTV service in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and a credit of up to $30 for AT&T PREPAID customers in those locations.*

We previously announced we are also waiving and adjusting late payment charges for our wireless, voice and video service customers in these areas for bills generated as early as Sept. 8 and running through Nov. 30.

We will also continue to offer 25% off power accessories in impacted areas through Oct. 15. To access this offer or charge your device, visit an AT&T location.

Those impacted continue to be in our thoughts during this difficult time. We’ll keep you updated on this blog regarding developments.

*Location based on billing address for AT&T wireless customers, billing phone number for AT&T PREPAID customers and service address for DIRECTV. Credits will post in 2-3 billing cycles. Dates based on local time zones.
