Attorney Ellis R. Forest, III joins LawyerLisa, LLC

LawyerLisa, LLC announced that attorney Ellis Forest has joined the firm in their upstate real estate division in Greenville, SC.
Originally from Mount Airy, NC, Ellis has been a practicing closing attorney in Greenville since 2017. Prior to joining LawyerLisa, Ellis had 16 years of experience in the real estate field. He was a real estate broker in NC and SC from 2002 to 2012 and then served as a commercial transaction counsel for a national title company where he closed transactions, was responsible for underwriting pre-closing, new construction, and development projects.
Ellis is an active member of the Greenville community where he currently serves as a Commissioner on the Greenville County Planning Commission and is also a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors.

Ellis is married to Meghan Forest, a second-grade teacher at Camperdown Academy, and they have two children, Audrey and Brynn. When not spending time with his family or working, Ellis can be found on the local tennis courts.
