First Annual Lights on Augusta – ARBA Members are ready for Christmas Decoration Contest
GREENVILLE, SC – December 7, 2011 – Augusta Road Business Association (ARBA) presents the First Annual Lights on Augusta, a Christmas decoration contest on historic Augusta Road. Members of ARBA have decorated their business or store front for the month of December and the winner will be decided by the community, clients, customers, neighbors and residents.
Lights on Augusta is designed to be a friendly competition that encourages community participation and camaraderie between businesses. Stores and businesses all along this historic road have decorated to celebrate the Christmas season and create a family fun tradition for clients, customers, neighbors and residents of Augusta Road. Voting will take place online at www.onlyonaugusta.com. Voting begins Thursday, December 1st and ends on Saturday, December 31st. Voters are encouraged to visit each participating business.
2011 Participants include: The Grey Goose, Lafayette Cleaners, Foxfire Gallery & Kitchen Shops, The Pickwick Pharmacy & Soda Fountain, The Briles Company, Gage’s, Bernhardt House of Violins, Ponthieux’s Jewelry Design Studio, The Embassy Flowers, Renita M. Owens CPA, Vaughn Russell Candy Co., Costless Outlet, Pinner Studios, Kate Carlyle, The Elephant’s Trunk, Harrison Lighting, Ten Thousand Villages, L’s On Augusta, Greenville First Bank, Chandler School and Music Together of Greenville.
