Augusta Village Shopping Center Welcomes Three New Tenants
March 28, 2011GREENVILLE, SC – March 28, 2011 – Ted Lyerly, CCIM and Jimmy Wright of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of Augusta Village Shopping Center in leasing retail space to Bella Bridesmaid. The modern bridesmaid boutique relocated from Lewis Plaza on Augusta Street and was represented by David Field, CCIM and Tyson Smoak, also of NAI Earle Furman. Lyerly and Wright also represented the landlord in leasing retail space to Vestiti, a clothing boutique. Wisteria Salon and Spa will also join Augusta Village, marking their second Greenville location with another salon on Woodruff Road. Renee Dunlap of NAI Earle Furman arranged the Wisteria lease for the landlord.
The recent $250,000 exterior renovation project at Augusta Village has been a draw to new tenants, along with its prime location in the heart of the Augusta Road retail corridor. The 21,410 square foot center is anchored by First Savers Bank & Augusta Grill.
