CHARLESTON, SC – Avison Young commercial real estate is pleased to announce that Todd P. Garrett, CCIM, SIOR represented Bankton Drive, LLC in the sale of a 19,480 SF office/warehouse building located at 1007 Bankton Circle in Hanahan, South Carolina to John J. McDonald Trust for $925,000. Thomas Boulware and Dexter Rumsey of NAI Avant of Charleston represented the buyer.
