Avison Young commercial real estate is pleased to announce that Vitré Stephens represented Mylkbar, LLC in the leasing of 1,150 sf retail space located at 920 Houston Northcutt Boulevard in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, from The Beach Company and The Pastime Amusement Company. Carlmichael Harrison of The Beach Company represented the Landlord.
