Bacon Spinach Tomato Wraps

  • 1 Package of All Natural Uncured Bacon (Hormel Natural Choice)
  • ½ Package of Frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 Tomatoes diced
  • 1 bag of Spinach Leaves
  • All Natural Whole Wheat Tortillas (Tortilla Land)
  • 1 package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Mayo- GMO/Preservative Free (Just Mayo)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.  Lay bacon out on cookie sheet. Cook in oven for 10-12 minutes.
  3. While bacon is cooking, heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat.
  4. Sauté onions until they begin to turn light brown.
  5. Warm tortillas according to package.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayo on tortilla.
  7. Cover with spinach leaves, shredded cheese, and tomato.
  8. Dab bacon with a paper towel to remove any excess grease.
  9. Put 2 pieces of bacon on each tortilla and wrap up.
