Baked Asian Sticky Wings

Healthy Hands Cooking
- 3 lbs. chicken wings, washed and dried
- 2/3 cup soy sauce, low-sodium
- 1/4 cup organic white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a large rectangular baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Assemble wings in tray, fitting tightly if necessary.
- Mix next 5 ingredients.
- Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered for 60-90 minutes.
- Baste chicken occasionally with sauce while baking.
- Sauce will thicken as the chicken cooks.
