Baked Meatballs

baked-meatballs-hhcBaked meatballs are easy and versatile.

  • 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Using clean hands, mix all ingredients until combined.
  3. Using small spoon, gather and roll meatballs into 1″ balls.
  4. Place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper or sprayed with nonstick spray.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until no longer pink in the middle.
  6. Makes 18 to 20 meatballs.
