Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Easy and NutritiousBaked Sweet Potato Fries HHC

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 10 oz. bag of crinkle cut sweet potatoes (found in fresh produce section)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil or liquid coconut oil
  • Sea salt and black ground pepper
  • Pinch ground cinnamon (optional

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Toss potatoes in oil.
  3. Lay on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  4. Lightly sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper, (and cinnamon if using).
  5. Bake for 10 minutes and turn with spatula.
  6. Bake another 10 minutes and serve hot.
  7. Makes 2 servings (Approx. 28 fries each).
