BASF makes second meal donation to Oconee frontline healthcare workers

BASF made its second meal donation in two weeks on Tuesday to support Oconee County frontline health workers. BASF’s team delivered 155 meals to employees at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital in their Surgery, Central Sterile, Pre-operative, Infusion, Endocrinology, Post-Anesthesia Care, Cardiology and Radiology Units.

Last week, BASF team members delivered 125 meals to employees in the Intensive Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, Pulmonary Care Unit and the fifth and sixth floor Critical Care Units.

“We are so grateful for our friends and neighbors at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital who have stayed strong in the fight against COVID-19,” said Elba Lizardi, Site Director for BASF in Seneca. “We wanted to share a token of appreciation for all their unwavering commitment to the health of our community.”
