Bauknight Pietras & Stormer, P.A. (“BPS”) is named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for the third consecutive year. This thirteenth annual program was created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.
This survey-and-awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the State of South Carolina, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The two-prong program first evaluates the firm’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, and then measures the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
The award underscores the firm’s mission to be the most admired accounting firm in our practice areas by supporting our team members professionally and personally within a culture of loyalty, motivation, and integrity, founded on mutual respect, in a results-driven environment.
The rankings will be announced at a reception and dinner, presented by Colonial Life, on August 2, 2018, and published in the August 2018 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
