Beach Commercial names Eddie Hughes Agent of the Year

Charleston’s oldest family-owned, full-service commercial real estate firm, Beach Commercial, a Division of The Beach Company, announced that broker Eddie Hughes has been named Agent of the Year.
Hughes earned this recognition after achieving the highest single-agent transaction volume in Beach Commercial’s history, closing an impressive $44 million in transactions in 2024. His expertise, market knowledge and dedication to client success have been instrumental in reaching this milestone.
