Last quarter, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS created, planned, and facilitated a first-of-its-kind Regional Exchange for Affiliate Leaders (REAL) Event at its midtown office.
During this two-day event, C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS hosted 25 BHHS Affiliate companies from SC, NC, GA, VA, and TN. These company leaders shared their experiences, challenges, and successes on a multitude of real estate topics including: Recruiting and Retaining Experienced Agents, Managing Company Expenses, and Generating Leads for Agents.
Christy Budnick, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices, welcomed the group virtually and thanked them for their commitment to planning and growing their businesses in 2023. Along with in-house presenters, The REAL Event brought together a talented group of guest speakers including T360 – one of the county’s top real estate consulting firms, Bob Molta & Stephanie Lepsch – BHHS Realty Professional from Massachusetts, Tricia Kobos – Business Consultant and Dohn Bower – Senior Training Manager from Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices. Wendy Durand – Senior VP of Global Marketing & Communications for HSF concluded the event with a BHHS Brand Marketing Update.
