Upstate company earns the state’s top spot for volume and transaction sides.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS announced that the company has been recognized as the No. 1 real estate brokerage in South Carolina by multiple industry publications.
The company had previously been recognized as the No. 1 brokerage in the Upstate region for over 25 years. The top ranking in the state was bestowed based on the company’s cumulative sales volume and closed transactions in 2024, including an impressive 26.6% year-over-year change in sales volume.
REALTrends Verified ranks US brokerages, teams and agents based on dual-verified sales performance. The prestigious list awarded C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS multiple accolades, including:
- #1 in SC and #139 in U.S. (transaction sides);
- #1 in SC and #190 in U.S. (sales volume);
