Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices C. Dan Joyner, Realtors starts renovations on its Greer office

The Greer office Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS has begun renovations on its office building, located at 705 W. Wade Hampton Blvd., which the company originally opened in 1982. The renovations will include a reconfiguration of the reception area, conference room, workroom and front offices. The new layout will increase space for agents and staff, expand the reception area and create a more open and inviting office configuration. The renovations are expected to be completed by July 2016.
According to C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS President and CEO Danny Joyner, the renovation is part of the company’s overall growth strategy and will allow the Greer office to expand its team and better serve its clients. “Greer is a booming real estate market, and our Greer team is growing to meet the needs of homebuyers and sellers in the area,” Joyner says. “This renovation marks our on-going commitment to the area and will accommodate our rapid growth.”
Greer office Broker-in-Charge Pat Allen notes that while it will be challenging working in a temporary mobile office and among the dust and construction noise, it will be rewarding to have a newly renovated office facility.
“We’re all excited to see how the new office space comes together,” Allen says. “Once the interior walls came down, we could see how open and collaborative the new space will be, and we know it will be inviting for our home buyer and seller clients.”
