Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS announced that Kristin Hunteman has joined the company’s Spartanburg office as a sales associate.
With over fifteen years in the real estate industry, Kristin brings knowledge and experiences that a typical agent doesn’t have, including residential sales, corporate real estate, real estate education, and many more. As a trailing spouse since 2011, Kristin also understands the emotions surrounding a person or family relocating from one area to another. Kristin is passionate about presenting and working through solutions and options for homeowners facing foreclosure, whether they want to remain in the home or not. She was a party to over 225 short sale transactions, including her own as a consumer in 2004 after a medical crisis with one of her children. Life happens, and Kristin works to allow homeowners to exit a mortgage with grace and dignity if they so choose. As a business owner with an MBA and a Masters of Management and Leadership, she helps fellow business leaders develop efficient systems and processes to streamline and automate the little things so they can focus on the bigger picture.
