Lanelle Henderson is an author, entrepreneur, speaker and REALTOR®. After graduating from Georgia State University, where she completed her Bachelors in Business Administration, she obtained her Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License. She led winning sales teams with major hotels brands, then launched a welcome service in her community. Lanelle rebranded her business into an award-winning marketing agency as a consultant for small businesses, national and international brands with an outstanding proven record of achievements. She also trained over 20,000 small business owners on leveraging the power of online marketing for a tech company. She recently managed a real estate portfolio acquiring, renovating and selling over 100 residential and investment properties in one year with a growing iBuyer company. Her passion combined with her experience in residential appraisals, acquisitions, renovations, dispositions
and negotiations, along with being certified in construction and project management as well as credit restoration, makes her the ideal REALTOR®. Lanelle has a great understanding of the market and brings her unique skills with attention to detail to consistently go above and beyond to serve her clients.
