As a native of Greenville, Tom has watched incredible growth here in Greenville and the Upstate. For the past five years, Tom has owned and leased commercial real estate in the Greenville area, so he has a first-hand perspective for his clients to utilize. He is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America, where he became a gemologist. He worked in sales and had ownership of a family retail business in Greenville for over forty years. Having a passion for commercial real estate for many years, Tom eventually decided to pursue his dream full-time. He has been an active member of his community for over forty years. With a passion for service, Tom is ready to help with your commercial real estate needs. Tom carries the value of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. When Tom isn’t in the office, he enjoys golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and family.
