CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate and investment firm, announced that Bill Connor has joined its Carolinas Project Management team as Senior Project Manager. Based in Greenville, S.C., Connor will focus on serving clients in Greenville-Spartanburg and Columbia markets.

With over 5,100 specialists and more than 350 LEED certified professionals, CBRE maintains the largest network of professional commercial real estate project managers in the world, managing more than $42 billion in annual project spend. Connor will join other team members throughout the Carolinas under the leadership of David Thompson, Senior Director of the Carolinas Project Management team, to create full end-to-end project solutions and savings for clients, while mitigating risk.

Connor joins CBRE with 15 years of experience successfully managing all phases of ground up construction, design build and tenant improvement projects for industrial, multi-family, hospitality, office and retail clients. He has worked with Creative Builders, Inc. and YPS Construction as project manager. His background as a general contractor allows him to develop creative and executable project plans as well as proactively identify and mitigate risks for clients.

“Bill’s experience and expertise will add value and quality for projects and clients in South Carolina,” Thompson said. “He will be able to leverage the full depth of the CBRE Global Project Management platform to bring best practices to our local delivery of services.”
