Bill Frantz brings luxury real estate success, legal expertise and a people-first approach to William Means Real Estate
August 13, 2025William Means Real Estate, one of Charleston’s most respected luxury property firms, welcomed Bill Frantz to its distinguished team of Realtors®. With a real estate license earned at 18, a law degree and more than a decade of experience selling high-end properties, Frantz offers clients the rare combination of exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking and a genuine passion for helping people.
After 12 years representing luxury homes in Naples, Florida, Frantz was drawn to Charleston for its rich history, architectural beauty and strong sense of community. A believer that buying and selling a home should be as enjoyable as it is successful, he approaches every client relationship with equal parts professionalism and personal connection.
“Bill brings together a unique blend of real estate expertise and strong business acumen,” said Lyles Geer, president and broker-in-charge at William Means Real Estate. “With his experience in the Naples market, he’s well-positioned to help buyers and sellers navigate opportunities here in Charleston.”
Real estate has been part of Frantz’s life from the start. Growing up with a father who was a broker and owned his own firm, Frantz was inspired to follow a similar path in real estate. After earning his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law, he built a successful career in both business and real estate, completing more than 40 personal transactions and bringing a client-centered perspective to every deal.
Before focusing exclusively on real estate, Frantz served as part owner and president of Sandridge Food Corporation, helping transform it from a regional food manufacturer into a nationally recognized supplier for brands such as Whole Foods, Costco, Publix and Kroger. His leadership extended to legal affairs, business acquisitions, union negotiations and real estate operations — experience that now benefits his clients.
Equally committed to service, Frantz has chaired and served on numerous nonprofit boards, including Feeding Medina County, which he co-founded, Northern Ohio Golf Charities, Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens and the Medina County Port Authority.
“Every home has a story, and I enjoy helping people find the one that feels just right,” Frantz said. “Charleston drew me in with its history, beauty and community — now I’m excited to help others make it their home too.”
Frantz can be contacted at 330-329-0077 and [email protected]. To learn more about William Means Real Estate, visit charlestonrealestate.com or call 843-577-6651.
