CHARLESTON, SC – Bill McKinney recently joined Miller-Valentine Construction as a construction superintendent. Bill brings nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry with over 30 years as a superintendent, specializing in industrial, office, education, hospitality, medical and multi-family facilities.
