Billy is a graduate of the Wofford College with a BS in Finance and received his Masters in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. While in Clemson, Billy worked for The Daniel Island Company as a summer intern and during the school year he worked for Hughes Commercial Properties in Greenville, SC.
Billy is based in Charleston, SC and exclusively working on leasing Belle Hall Shopping Center in Mt. Pleasant, SC. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
