Birch Home Builders leases office space in Irmo

Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented RB Todd Properties in the lease of a ±1,547-square-foot office building at 7436 Broad River Road to Birch Home Builders.
Teaster assisted RB Todd Properties earlier this year in the purchase of the office building and was then hired as the leasing agent to secure a tenant.
Birch Home Builders is a locally owned custom home builder founded in 2020. The company provides the efficiencies and processes of track home building with the personal touch and higher-quality finishes of a custom builder.
“The Property Owner’s Association restrictions limited the range of potential tenants for the building,” said Teaster. “We utilized all available marketing tools to attract the largest pool of professional prospects possible. Given the location and the building’s features, Birch Home Builders is an ideal fit.”
