Cynthia D. Blair Receives National Title Professional Designation
COLUMBIA, SC – The law firm of Blair Cato Pickren Casterline is pleased to announce that Cynthia Durham Blair, a real estate attorney, has earned the National Title Professional designation from the American Land Title Association. Blair is one of only 47 title professionals in the nation to have received this honor, and the only person in South Carolina.
American Land Title Association grants the designation to land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience, and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property. Recipients must meet industry and compliance prerequisites and training requirements.
About Cynthia D. Blair
Cynthia Blair has nearly 20 years experience in real estate transactions, including real estate closings, REO (real estate owned), RELO (relocation), title resolution, contract and loan-document drafting, and buyer and seller representation. Blair is regularly featured in South Carolina business and law publications, and has been a featured speaker and panelist for numerous national and regional associations. She graduated from the University of South Carolina law school, and is a graduate of their Master of International Business Studies program. She is a founding member of Blair Cato Pickren Casterline.
