Bob Caldwell and Chris Wiksell lease space to Pacific Tools

CHARLESTON, SC – May 7, 2012 – Bob Caldwell and Chris Wiksell of Caldwell Commercial along with Todd Garrett of Grubb & Ellis WRS leased 7187 Bryhawke Circle, Suite 300, N. Charleston to Pacific Tools.

Pacific Tool is a contract manufacturing machine shop that supplies customer designed products, primarily air frame assembly tooling to the aerospace industry.  They also manufacture machined components for the boating, automotive, and construction industries.
