Book Signings for Boyanoski
September 26, 2014GREENVILLE, SC – Author and Complete Public Relations President John Boyanoski will be signing several books in the Upstate over the next few weeks.
His schedule includes:
• Friday, October 10, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at O.P. Taylor’s in downtown Greenville.
• Sunday, October 12, from noon to 3 p.m. at The Mast General Store in downtown Greenville.
• Sunday, October 26, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Barnes & Nobles on Woodruff Road.
• Friday, December 5, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Poor Richard’s Booksellers in downtown Easley.
• Sunday, December 7, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Barnes & Nobles on Woodruff Road.
• Saturday, December. 13, O from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at O.P. Taylor’s in downtown.
In his latest book, “Reimagining Greenville: Building the Best Downtown in America”, Boyanoski writes of the changes downtown that made Greenville a world-class city. Written with Greenville Mayor Knox White, the books tells the detailed process of the changes made to put Greenville on the map including the reopening of the historic Poinsett Hotel, the beautification of the Reedy River, the construction of one of the most walk-able downtowns in America and more.
Boyanoski’s earlier books include “Ghosts of Upstate South Carolina” (2006), “More Ghosts of Upstate South Carolina” (2008) and “Palmetto Pigskins” (2010).
The Pennsylvania native graduated from Syracuse University and spent more than a decade as a journalist before he began writing books. Currently, Boyanoski is a public relations professional and president of Complete Public Relations (2012).
He was named Greenville Chamber’s 2014 Young Professional of the Year and was the 2013 Chair of PULSE, South Carolina’s largest young professionals’ organization. He also sits on the Chamber’s Board of Advisors; the Chamber’s Lead Executive Committee and The Chamber’s Small Business Committee. He is a chairman of Friends of the Greenville Zoo; is marketing chair for the Advisory Council for ReWiGo Ministries; served as a site coordinator for Hands on Greenville Day 2012 and is an active member of Greenville Forward and the Greenville Track Club. He was named one of Greenville’s Best and Brightest in 2012 and is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 40.
