Brandon Godwin is named new 3Fold CEO

One of the region’s most dynamic marketing companies has a new CEO for the first time in its history.
3Fold has named Brandon Godwin CEO to succeed Tim Joiner, the founder of the agency. Godwin had most recently served as the agency’s Director of Strategic Accounts.
3Fold traces its history back more than 20 years ago to a web design company that Joiner started as a teenager in Illinois. It has since grown to an organization of 12 people working in its downtown Greenville offices or remotely across the country.
“When I started the company that is now 3Fold, it would have been difficult to imagine where we are today. From the work that we do, to the clients we serve, to the high level of talent we’ve assembled on our team, our growth has exceeded my highest expectations,” Joiner said. “However, it is time for me to move on to different ventures. Brandon is the right person to take over, and I know he and the whole team are just getting started.”
3Fold serves a range of clients from larger organizations such as Bonitz, Inc., Goodwill and Bob Jones University to smaller clients such as Montgomery & Company and The Children’s Museum of the Upstate.
A graduate of Bob Jones University, Godwin spent 13 years working for marketing companies in Charlotte, N.C. and Greenville. He joined 3Fold in 2016 and has been in charge of directing marketing strategy for the firm’s biggest clients as well as business development and brand strategy.
