Broad Street Antiques & Vintage Finds Reopens after 14-Month Renovation

January 6, 2024

Broad Street Antiques & Vintage Finds in Clinton has emerged from a 14-month renovation with a fresh, new look. The antique mall has undergone a complete remodel to introduce the open booth concept, reminiscent of traditional antique malls scattered throughout the southeast.

Stewart Owens, the owner of Broad Street Antique Store, expressed his enthusiasm for the revamped space, saying, “This renovation was a labor of love, and we’re thrilled to welcome both our loyal customers and new enthusiasts to experience the charm of our antique haven.”

The antique mall located at 204 N. Broad Street in Clinton now boasts 13 booths, each filled with carefully curated treasures that span various eras and styles. Remarkably, all booths are fully occupied, with an additional three potential vendors waiting for a chance to showcase their collections. The demand for space within the antique store reflects a resurgence of interest in vintage items and the enduring appeal of antiques.

The booths rent for $100 per month, offering approximately 110 square feet of space for vendors to display their wares.

One of the highlights of the renovated space is its open layout, encouraging visitors to explore each booth at their own pace. The center of the store features a large, open space that is poised to transform into a dedicated section supporting local artisans on a smaller scale. This initiative aims to spotlight the craftsmanship of local talent, with table spaces available for rent at $25 per month, providing a 4-foot area to showcase their creations.

Broad Street Antique Store will be closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Operating hours for the rest of the week are as follows:

  • Wednesday: 9 AM – 4 PM
  • Thursday: 9 AM – 4 PM
  • Friday: 12 PM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM

Stop by and see what treasure you might find.
