Building Industry Association of Central SC welcomes new Sales & Marketing Director

The Building Industry Association of Central SC (BIA) is proud to announce and welcome Katie Kartanos as the association’s Sales & Marketing Council Director/Special Events. She will be the staff person for the BIA Sales & Marketing Council and will coordinate a variety of special events and meetings presented by the BIA throughout the year.

Mrs. Kartanos joins the BIA with eight years of experience in the local building industry. She had previously worked at Ryan Homes and McDonnell & Associates where she developed contacts and worked with association members on many different levels. Originally from Columbia, she attended the University of South Carolina and has a degree in English. She lives in Lexington, SC with her husband, Matt, and two children, Colton & Chloe.
