Bullwinkel and Eames named to Forty under 40

CHARLESTON, SC – April 7, 2011 – Nexsen Pruet is pleased to announce that attorneys George Bullwinkel and Stephanie Eames have been named to the Charleston Regional Business Journal’s Forty under 40 list for 2011.   Each year, the paper recognizes the professional success and community involvement of 40 people younger than 40 years old who are making their mark on the region’s business community.

This recognition is well deserved, said Brad Waring, managing member (partner) of the firm’s Charleston office.  George and Stephanie have demonstrated their commitment to the community through professionalism and leadership.  It’s gratifying to see their efforts pay off.

Bullwinkel is a real estate attorney. Business and industry leaders turn to him regularly for legal advice regarding real property transactions and economic development that leads to significant investment and job creation across the Lowcountry.   In 2010, he completed Leadership Charleston, a prestigious year-long program offered by Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.

Eames focuses her law practices primarily in the areas of public policy and governmental affairs and economic development.  On the Senate floor last year, lawmakers thanked her for working tirelessly on the deal that brought Boeing to South Carolina. Before joining Nexsen Pruet, she was Director of Economic Development for the City of Charleston.
