Bunless Burger Bowl

Time: 20 Minutes
Makes: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Pounds Organic Ground Beef
- 1 Pinch Salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1/4 Cup water
- 2 Tablespoons Cream
- 4 Cups Chopped Mixed Fresh Veggies (such as cucumber, red pepper, orange pepper and yellow pepper)
- 4 Tablespoons Caesar Salad Dressing (natural)
Directions:
- Sauté beef in a pan over medium low heat until no longer pink.
- As the beef is cooking, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- When beef is cooked through, add water slowly until beef is lightly moist. Add only what you need.
- Bring sauce to a light simmer and stir in cream. Allow to simmer until slightly thickened.
- Scoop 1/4 of the beef into each of 4 serving bowls.
- Top beef with 1 cup chopped assorted veggies.
- Top veggies with 1 Tbsp. Caesar dressing (such as Marzetti’s).
