Burnette Shutt & McDaniel again earn top-tier honors in “Best Law Firms”
November 7, 2024Once again, Burnette Shutt & McDaniel has earned Tier 1 honors in six categories for the Columbia area in the just-released 2025 edition of “Best Law Firms®.”
Burnette Shutt & McDaniel has received top rankings in the national publication every year since the firm’s inception. This year’s list includes Education Law, Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law, Employment Law – Individual, Land Use and Zoning Law, Litigation – ERISA, and Litigation – Labor and Employment Law.
The firm also is recognized in seven other practice areas in the 2025 edition of “Best Law Firms”: Commercial Litigation, Employment Law – Management, Health Care Law, Mediation, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, Administrative/Regulatory Law, and Family Law.
All told, the inclusion in 13 practice areas is a record showing for the firm.
