Once again, Burnette Shutt & McDaniel has earned Tier One honors in Best Law Firms®.

This year’s list in the just-released 2026 edition includes Tier 1 honors in Education Law, Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law, Employment Law – Individuals, Litigation – ERISA, and Litigation – Labor and Employment Law.
