Burnette Shutt & McDaniel is again ranked in the top tier of Columbia law firms in two employment law practice areas in the latest edition of “Best Law Firms in America.”

All told, the firm earned recognition in the just-released 2019 edition in eight practice areas covering a variety of disciplines ranging from civil rights to commercial litigation.

Malissa Burnette, Nekki Shutt and Janet Rhodes – received a total of 11 awards. This included Shutt’s Lawyer of the Year honors in Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law.
