C-4 Ministries of Laurens County is seeking a Part-Time Director to lead its mission of helping families in crisis stabilize housing and overcome homelessness.
The Part-Time Director will oversee the provision of case management services for families experiencing homelessness, ensuring care is delivered with compassion, dignity, and effectiveness. The position also includes administrative and leadership responsibilities essential to sustaining and expanding the organization’s impact across Laurens County.
Key responsibilities include managing and supporting case management programs for families in need, writing and administering grants, building partnerships and community support, preparing impact reports, and overseeing day-to-day ministry operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in nonprofit or social service work. A heart for serving families in crisis and a commitment to the organization’s mission are essential. This is a part-time position based in Laurens County, South Carolina.
