C.F. Evans Recognized for Safety Excellence

COLUMBIA, SC – C.F. Evans Construction was recognized by Amerisure for Safety Excellence in Construction. This is the 3rd award of its kind for C.F. Evans in as many years. The award was presented by Anthony Richardson on behalf of Amerisure and John Babson from BB&T. In the last three years, C.F. Evans has received the Lighthouse Award from BB&T and the National Association of Home Builders SAFE Award.
“Many general contractors have a safety program – a written program that is used whenever a claim takes place. C.F. Evans has a safety culture – meaning the written safety program is adhered to on a daily basis by all employees and subcontractors of the company,” said Babson.
C.F. Evans Experience Modification Rate is a strong .87 and the company has not seen a lost time incident since 2008. Construction can be a dangerous business; a family owned company, C.F.
