Cal Collins Named Director of Property Management

GREENVILLE, SC – Lee Property Services welcomed Cal Collins, CPM as the Director of Property Management. Cal brings more than 20 years of property management expertise to the team. His primary focuses will include commercial asset management, ensuring customer satisfaction, facility cost efficiency, site visits & territory development/management, and managing facility renovations and annual budgets.
Several of Cal’s key accomplishments include his successful award of asbestos-containing material lawsuit and procurement of anchor tenant following such. Similarly, Cal was also successful in abating asbestos from a multi-tenant office building floor by floor while tenants occupied the building.
Cal has also been able to increase occupancy rates from 45% to 100% with long-term leases and 4-5% annual escalations. He also managed a full facility renovation, resulting in a $10,500,000 sale in 1998, as well as maintaining the property management contract.
