Caldwell Commercial names Bobby L Carrier Vice President of Commercial Property Management

CHARLESTON, SC – Bob Caldwell, President of Caldwell Commercial Real Estate services, announces that Bobby Carrier has joined his firm as Vice-President of Commercial Property Management. Carrier previously worked as director of property management for Colliers International, Carmody Company and CBRE. I want to take my knowledge of the Charleston market and local relationships and combine it with my experience having worked for some of the largest commercial real estate companies in the country and establish a platform that offers custom designed, hands on management for commercial property in the Greater Charleston area. Being locally owned, we are quick to react and we bypass all the red tape that can hinder proper management of a commercial property investment.
A graduate of Gardner Webb University with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Carrier is from Hickory NC and has been a resident of Mount Pleasant for 14 years. He is member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and two term past president of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association). He also has served on numerous home owner and property owner association boards.
