Caliber Real Estate announces Upstate projects

Emerging multi-family development company, Caliber Real Estate, has announced its involvement in two Upstate projects.
Founded in 2021 by Racquel Collier, a native of Mayesville, South Carolina in Sumter County and a graduate of Clemson University, Caliber Real Estate focuses on developing multi-family communities and land.
“Our goal is to focus on building communities, not just places to live,” Collier said. “We focus on the things that make people want to live there and find shared space with their neighbors.”
Currently, Caliber Real Estate is working on the following projects:
Colony Park Townhomes — Caliber Real Estate participated in the horizontal development of Colony Park Townhomes in Simpsonville. The project consisted of subdividing four acres into 52 townhome lots for a regional homebuilder. Caliber oversaw the project management and operations in collaboration with local developers.
O’Reilly Auto Parts Plaza — Caliber Real Estate oversaw the property and asset management of a 17,000 SF commercial space in fast-growing Williamston beginning in January 2021 through disposition in September 2022 for an investment group. The client realized over 40% ROI due to Caliber’s efficiency and dedicated efforts.
An entrepreneur starting in college, Collier began looking for a career that allowed her to make a difference in people’s lives. In 2018, she began Clemson University’s Master’s in Real Estate Development program in Greenville and realized that multi-family development was her calling.
In the community, Collier is on the board of Ten at The Top and the vice chair of the Greenville Housing Authority. She also will graduate from Leadership Greenville Class 49 this month.
“I want to help create space that people can call their own,” she said. “Curiosity drives what I do. It all comes full circle with making projects happen. I have a passion for enterprise and that consists of many different things.”
