CAMS continues steady growth and announces new office location in Greenville

Community Association Management Services (CAMS), an industry leader in Community Association Management throughout the Carolinas, is excited to announce its new office location in Greenville, South Carolina. This new location will allow CAMS to better serve existing clients and support their expanding business in Greenville and surrounding areas.
Located at 10 Patewood Drive Suite 270, Greenville, SC 29615, in Patewood Office Park, the new office will provide the Greenville team with the space to facilitate clients’ needs and conduct virtual and in-person meetings. The new location also offers plenty of parking and an elevator which will provide easy access for both staff and clients.
“We are excited to be moving to our new location in one of the premier office parks in Greenville,” said Tricia Ostendorff, Vice President of CAMS’ Greenville, SC region. “The office is light and airy with a fresh modern feel and has a larger conference room, well equipped for electronic meetings and small group meetings. The new location is easily accessible and has plenty of parking and an elevator to our floor. In addition, we are all looking forward to using the office complex’s walking trail and gym to keep us both mentally and physically fit so that we may be better prepared to serve our clients.”
CAMS Founder/Co-owner Mike Stonestreet selected the new office space, and oversaw the renovations to ensure that the space would be designed to fit the needs of the Greenville team.
“We are excited to move our Greenville office to Patewood Office Park,” said Stonestreet. “Our new office has been renovated to create an open, collaborative environment and allow for growth. The Patewood Office Park is centrally located between most areas in and around Greeneville that we serve, and we’re hoping the new location will provide added convenience for our clients.”
