Candidate Filing for June Partisan Primaries Opens Saturday March 16
March 13, 2024The filing period for 2024 June Partisan Primaries begins on Saturday, March 16 at noon thru Monday, April 1 at noon.
Anyone wishing to run for the 2024 primary seats up for election should plan to file during this period that the Laurens County Voter Registration Office (Hillcrest East, 105 Bolt Drive, Laurens)
All candidates, except President, seeking a political party’s nomination to run in a general or special election must file a Statement of Intention of Candidacy/Party Pledge Form (SICPP) with the appropriate election office (State Election Commission or county board of voter registration and elections) during the filing period.
