Cargo Adds Five Employees To Growing Staff
October 15, 2013GREENVILLE, SC – October 15, 2013 – Cargo (www.thecargoagency.com), a new model marketing agency specializing in helping global brands connect with small businesses, has hired five more employees to serve an increasing amount of business-to-small business (B2SB) work. The new employees are John Ennis, Ben Granger, Jordan Pittman, Walker Reed and Sara Beth Trimble.
Cargo, which recently opened a second office in Toronto, Ontario, has experienced significant growth in the services it provides clients and, as such, has hired a total of 10 new employees in 2013 alone. More hiring is anticipated in the coming months.
“We are one of the few firms that focuses specifically on helping global brands market products and services to small business,” explains Cargo Managing Director Dan Gliatta. “We are seeing more and more interest from brands across every industry category that want to go after this market so we are hiring to keep up with demand.”
Ennis is a copywriter with previous experience at Atlanta ad agency Scout. He is a graduate of the Creative Circus in Atlanta and has a B.A. in Advertising from the University of Alabama.
Granger was originally hired earlier this year as an intern at Cargo and has been brought on board in a full-time permanent capacity to assist with client engagement and research. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Furman University where he was also a kicker on the football team.
Pittman is a website developer. Prior to joining Cargo, he worked for In Focus Church in Evans, Ga., with responsibilities in the area of web design and development, graphic design, video editing, lighting and IT.
Reed is a graphic designer who has worked with a variety of marketing communications firms and corporate in-house marketing teams. He has a B.A. degree in Graphic Design from Anderson University.
Trimble is a traffic manager responsible for streamlining work processes within the agency. She has many years of agency experience in the roles of traffic management and account service, including Ferebee Lane and Company, The Bounce Agency and Henderson Advertising. She has a B.A. in Communications from Jacksonville University.
