CHARLESTON, SC – Dan Batten represented the Landlord, Twenty First Properties, Inc., in the lease of 62,221 SF at 4400 Arco Lane. The Tenant was represented by John Beam with Colliers International. Dan also represented the same Landlord in the lease of 23,000 SF in the same warehouse. The Tenant was represented by Mike White with Charleston Industrial.
