Carolina Moves announces the formation of The Founders Group

Carolina Moves Real Estate is excited to announce a new Real Estate Team named The Founders Group. This commercial and residential real estate team was created by Matt Foster, Josh Hakala, Melanie Hincapie, and Barbara Emerson and will launch on September 7th, 2022.
Matt Foster has lived in Greenville since 1996 and brings a history of entrepreneurialism, having founded Carolina Moves 8 years ago as a residential property management company. Matt wanted Carolina Moves to stand out from the rest of his competitors by having a flat fee structure instead of a percentage fee model, and business took off.
Josh Hakala was born and raised in Florida, he moved to Greenville as a teenager. Josh has been a realtor since 2016 and was notably the number one agent at Carolina Moves for 2021.
Recently, Matt and Josh Hakala created The Founders Group, in partnership with Barbara Emerson and Melanie Hincapie. The group is dynamic and has been connected for a long time. They speak multiple languages such as English, Spanish, and French fluently. The Founders Group was created to disrupt the commercial real estate market by offering commissions as low as 4%, and to provide their clients with more control over advertising and online marketing choices.
The Founders Group will also offer residential real Estate services to their clients.
