Carolina Moves property management adds Real Estate Services Group

Reduced Real Estate commission structure will complement existing flat fee Property Management pricing structure.
Ernie Truman, Cy Bagheri and Tracy McAlister-Bridges, longtime Upstate REALTORS previously with The Chet and Beth Smith Group at BHHS C. Dan Joyner Co. have partnered with Carolina Moves, LLC to offer Real Estate Services in addition to the Company’s flat fee Property Management Services. Carolina Moves now offers full service Real Estate Services including Buyer Representation and Listing Representation which includes staging assistance and professional writing and photography, all at a reduced commission rate between 3.9% and 4.9%.
Cy Bagheri, Managing Partner of the Real Estate Services Group announced Carolina Moves Real Estate was created to fill the void in the marketplace between the “we will put you in MLS and good luck to you” companies and the “high fee yet often low service” providers. “We want to provide our clients with a world class level of service while maintaining a sensible approach to commissions.”
Carolina Moves was founded in 2014 and offers tiered monthly property management services beginning at $39 per month and HOA Management Services. The company currently has 450+ properties under management and continues to grow rapidly.
