Carolina One welcomes 4 new agents

Jonnie Furmanchik, Robert Nadolny, Wil York and Mike Zieminick have recently placed their real estate licenses with market leader Carolina One Real Estate.
Jonnie Furmanchik is a native of Greenville, OH and a graduate of Bowling Green State University. A resident of Charleston for the past 29 years, Furmanchik was previously employed as a Master Trainer for East Shore Athletic Club. Married with four children, Furmanchik lives in Mt. Pleasant and has chosen to join the team at the Carolina One Hwy 17 North office near Brickyard.
Robert Nadolny was employed in the Food and Beverage and Hospitality industries at Kiawah Island Resort before choosing a career in real estate. Originally from Syracuse, NY, Nadolny has an Associate’s degree from Harrisburg Area College and took Continuing Education courses at Florida Atlantic University. Married with one daughter, Nadolny has selected Carolina One’s Folly Road office on James Island.
Wil York worked as the Manager of the Kiawah Island Club before deciding to join the real estate team at Carolina One’s Downtown Broad Street office. A graduate of Erskine College with a degree in American Studies, York was born in Charlotte, NC and has called Charleston home for the past 14 years. York enjoys playing the guitar and is proud of both his wine and vinyl record collections.
Michael Zieminick was employed as the Ticket Office Manage at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center for 16 years and as the Admissions Manager at the SC Aquarium fo0r 4 years. A graduate of Marshall University with a degree in Public Relations, Zieminick also possesses a Masters in Event Management from Georgia Southern University. Born in Charleston, WV, Zieminick has lived in Charleston since 1991 and lives on Daniel Island with his wife and their two children. He will be working from Carolina One’s Mt. Pleasant North office on Hwy 17 near Brickyard.
