Carolina One welcomes new agents in 3 offices

Carolina One Real Estate Services announced that 3 new real estate associates have joined the company in offices ranging from Summerville to Mt. Pleasant and Johns Island.
Debbie Allen, Cindy Najera and Tyler Garvin
Deborah (Debbie) Allen was born in Oregon, OH, near Toledo, and has lived in Charleston for the past 30 years. A graduate of Trident Technical College, where she studied to be a Medical Assistant, Allen worked for several medical practices in Charleston and was also a substitute teacher in the Dorchester II School District. Allen obtained her real estate license in 2002 and worked for two local companies until 2008. In October she renewed her license and joined the Summerville Main Street office of Carolina One Real Estate.
Cindy Najera is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso and has had considerable experience in real estate sales, listings, relocation and new home construction. In Texas, Najera was a top producing sales and listings agent for 14 years and a member of the Multimillion Dollar Club. Additionally, she was the Relocation Director for Sandy Messer & Associates, El Paso’s leading Real Estate Company. Najera also owned and operated Joseph Homes, a custom homebuilder in El Paso before moving to Charleston last year. She has elected to place her license with Carolina One’s Mt. Pleasant Hwy. 17 North office.
Born in Columbia, SC, Tyler Day Garvin graduated from the Citadel with a degree in Business Administration. Garvin worked in the hospitality industry at the Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island and for the Planters Inn in downtown Charleston before becoming an intern with Carolina One’s New Homes Division in North Charleston. This exposure to the real estate industry prompted Garvin to obtain his real estate license and place it with Carolina One’s newest sales office on Maybank Highway on Johns Island.
