Carter joins the Liquid Catering/Old Cigar Warehouse team
December 16, 2014GREENVILLE, SC – Liquid Catering and the Old Cigar Warehouse has hired Bethany Carter as Office Manager.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Carter has spent the past 16 years in the hospitality industry. She started as a host at an Olive Garden and worked her way up to District Trainer for Darden Restaurant Group before moving to Table 301 in 2004. At Table 301, she managed several restaurants in the group and handled special events and catering.
In her new role, Carter will schedule all staff for events, handle all human resources paperwork for employees, keep up with all bookkeeping and help the team with daily operations and events.
Carter has volunteered for theplast seven years to help coordinate Euphoria Greenville’s Jazz Brunch as well as helped manage other aspects of the event.
“Bethany is a valuable addition to our team,” said Tammy Johnson, owner of Liquid Catering and The Old Cigar Warehouse. “She provides the experience and dedication we need to continue to provide great events.”
